Lab - Cabbage Blood Indicator

Fun fact:  in many areas, the 3 different types of cabbage (purple, red, and green) are all the same plant.  Cabbage juice contains a natural indicator which changes color depending on the acidity of the soil in which the plant grows.  In today's lab, we will use cabbage "blood", a variety of indicators, and pH meters to explore the acidity and basicity of several household substances.
