In this chapter, we will be introduced to the concept of using moles as a form of chemical measurement. Moles are equal to the coefficients found in the chemical equations we've already learned to write in Unit 6. By learning to convert between moles, masses such as grams, and particles, equations can be used in a similar way to recipes in a lab setting.
