1.) You can type directly into the calculator from the keyboard. You don't have to click the buttons with your mouse.

2.) Typing "e" on your computer = " x 10^ " = "EXP" or "EE" on the calculator.

3.) Typing enter once will give you the answer to your question. For really large or small answers, hitting "enter" a second time will give your the answer in exponential notation.
